You want to register for Heart Times #2 – good idea! All you need to know in advance.
Registration Window
Our registration will open the 16th october 2025 - for FLINTA* only! On the 16th november it will be open for everyone else.
Start Places
There will be a total of 100 limited spots, so you better be quick! In our preparations, we try to keep the race inexpensive to let as many people as possible-take part- sadly, we won’t make it completely without contribution.

Payment can only be made via PayPal.
Payment & Donation
Payment can only be done via Paypal. If we gather a surplus in the end, we will donate it. Right now, we’re still in the process to choose a project. If it’s clear, we will let you know on our website.
Refund Policy
So, you signed up and motivated to start but then, life comes across? We have quite a flexible refund policy which allows you to cancel, while respecting our work.
- • Refund until 31st december 2025: 70% of the registration fee
- • Refund from 1st january 2026 to 28th february 2026: 50% of the registration fee
- • After the 1st march 2026 there’s no refund possible anymore
Event Postponement
We do our best to make Heart Times #2 a sweet experience for everyone, but we can’t predict the future. Should the race not take place due to COVID-19 restrictions, natural disasters, legal restrictions, lockdowns or other unforeseeable reasons, we will postpone the event. In that case all participants will keep their spot in the race.
Cancellation After Start
If we have to cancel or adjust the race after the actual start due to bad track conditions, dangerous weathers, serious accidents or other reasons, no refund can be given.
